Je n'ai pas encore reçu ma commande que j'ai passé il y a plus d'un mois et demi maintenant.

i bought a set in the beginning of march and i still haven’t received it. i understand this isn’t the companies fault because of the virus but there has been no update as to what they will be doing to get my item to me as soon as possible and i keep receiving emails about all the products i can buy but can’t get. i hate to sounds so picky but it’s really frustrating that i bought my item so long ago but will have no idea when i’ll get it.

Colourpop keeps taking orders and sending out promo email but when you order they tell you they are closed and not shipping.

Still waiting on my order...

I placed an order several weeks ago, and hasn't received any response. After 6 weeks, I had to contact you to ask about the status and was told the you were not shipping products at this stag. I understand the current environment and the reason you aren't shipping, however I was not informed

ordered colourpop on 17 march & it still hasn’t came due to the covid19 situation in america... that’s understandable but i at least expect them to give me an estimated date that my parcel would be shipped out

cancelled my order without my permission

This is due to COVID delivery time estimations. Still haven't got a delivery date.
