I’ve order twice for they’re and they messed both orders up. Besides that I love their makeup it’s amazing

I received the wrong items during my recent purchase.

It's the third time I didn't receive parts of my order. Colourpop refunded me the money for the product, but I still had to pay more because of import fees.

I had to reach out to the colourpop team and DHL in order to get my parcel. It arrived past the 21 day period and had I not reached out to both teams I wouldn't have gotten an update.

Pros: Genuinely cute & quality items at good prices. Hard to elaborate more. Con #1: Of course the most difficult part of shopping Colourpop online (outside the USA) is the colour matching/colour accuracy. That's the issue I occur most often. I wish they had a refund/credit process like E.L.F with complexion items. Con #2: Additionally, their coupons/discount codes can't be applied to orders with other sales. I received a damaged item and instead of a refund I got a discount code for the $value (??), but when I shopped the next sale, I added $60+ to get free international shipping and applied the code, but since only "one discount" is allowed, it took off the sale prices. So the $8-10 for the damaged item negated the $30 sale savings. Same situation with the codes for "review rewards" & "free birthday super shock shadow"- it's not a free shadow if I have to pay $11 shipping (because I can't apply it to my next sale order, and I don't like paying full price for things).

me gusta colourpop, pero o lo que he comprado no era lo mejor, o la calidad/ pigmentación ha empeorado. también el empaquetado ha empeorado

I like the products but was missing an item in my order… I was refunded the price of the item but would have had to pay an addition shipping charge to order it again so I didn’t bother.

Colourpop takes WAY too long to ship orders. Just be aware your products will take at least a couple of weeks to arrive.
