Disappointed. First of all I didn’t receive my full order. I ordered three items and received two and has been told that the third item was out of stock. I don’t understand. If the product is not available then why is it available on the website to purchase. And i live in Australia. It was my very first order and had paid huge shipping charges for it. This was really disappointing.

Very Bad Shipping service. For international Shipping you should choose a reliable service provider rather than local postal service. My recent order never reached. I faced problems in receiving previous order as well. International Shipping definitely needs improvement. Products are good, no doubt but service is very poor.

Concealer doe foot applicators broke off inside the containers . It happened to at least 4. They were still full of products. Lipsticks were damaged when arriving. I use to buy from colourpop a lot and now it’s rare.

My product packaging was sent with tape on it. Major reason for buying is for the packaging as it’s part of my anime collection. Very disappointing.
