The majority of the website features out of stock products. When I finally got a chance to order items from my daughter's birthday wishlist, only half arrived because some went out of stock AFTER I ordered. I never even received notice or an updated packing slip, just a half filled order, which included only parts of bundles. They also give no heads up that it can take up to a month before they even ship orders. I understand things are slower with all that is going on in 2020, but every other store\website has updated ship times. The products themselves are pretty much like any other brand out there. The hype is the pretty packaging.

I love Colourpop, and understand that during the pandemic it would be rough filling orders during the quarantine, but what I don't understand is that after I placed my order, there was no communication as far as an ETA . I don't need the exact date, but I would need to know an update. That was my issue. I forgot I ordered because it took longer to come and when I realized this, I checked online and it was still just showing purchased but nothing else. Communication is key. And this was needed more after I spent my money with you. I still like CoulourPop, I just would have to second guess if I wanted to order again during a pandemic.

Honestly, nothing special. Kick up on most colors, not very pigmented. You have to dip in multiple times. Wish I had seen the no return policy before I ordered as I would not have purchased. It’s fairly inexpensive but you get what you pay for. There are much better eyeshadows out there.

I've never purchased a colourpop product before, but they get alot of hype so i wanted to try it out. I ordered the 3 pastel cloud pallets, and the eyeshadow felt really dry, chalky and powdery. The stamping of the eyeshadows into the pans looked very messy and off-center which made the product look cheap. One of my shadows also came broken but that was resolved. The shadows also aren't very pigmented. The only justification to all this is how cheap the price is, so i guess you get what you pay for, hence my 3 stars.

The blotted and matte lip soooo matte and dried my lips :(

I love colourpop but this recent order they sent me the wrong liquid lipstick. I ordered midnight snack and they sent me star crossed which I already have. I was a little bum because I was looking forward to that color.

It take a very long time to deliver my order and then I have to wait more than 3 months to get it shipped to Chile
