Still waiting on 2 pallets to ship I ordered 2 months ago.

The products look really pretty but I ordered a pallet over a month ago and as far as I know it never shipped out and I never got any emails explaining why or if I would ever get what I pay for.

I am getting a survey before an update on my order that was placed almost a month ago.....I know with Covid 19 things are crazy but before you ask me to rate you, maybe give me an update on the makeup that I have ordered and waited on.

Stop taking orders when you can't ship them out. Not sure why the site is taking orders at this time when they don't have a definite time of when they can start fulfilling/ shipping orders from a month ago.

I can tell that the response I received was an automated message. While I understand that we are in a time that there are places that are currently closed, I still expect to get an answer from someone who can actually look into my request and provide insight as to whether or not I will be getting the product that I ordered.

To be honest , I still am yet to receive my order which was placed when the Mulan collection was launched . I found it very deceiving that they would still let you place an order sending you and email that there back ordered and will send it out as soon a possible. But till this day nothing ! And since this whole outbreak I’ve ordered plenty from other retailers big and small and they’ve sent out the same email which is understandable but I’ve received my products it’s taking longer than usual but IVE RECEIVED THEM !!

Shipping is slow

Been a month of waiting for the products but because of the covid-19 just gonna have to let this one slide & keep waiting.
