Products are amazing but the shipping was horrible over a month after it left the warehouse

Products are very hit or miss, either they’re really good or they are really bad. Prices are very good but the shipping times/ delays etc aren’t good. Overall for the price is good

Products were packaged well. Quality was as expected. This was my first order from the website; the amount of time it took them to package and then ship my order was horrendous. I realize there is a pandemic, but that didn't slow down the releases. Maybe they should focus on taking care of the orders that they have before trying to get more; that's called customer service. [Other companies that I had ordered from in that same time period (big and small) had no trouble getting me my orders in a week. It took Colourpop close to three weeks. The actual time it took the shippers were comparable. This is meant to compare the time it took them to package and send it out their door.]

Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars was shipping took forever.

I love the formulas of the makeup and the affordability of it. I’d received a palette with some broken shadows in it, though. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement one for free, but that one was also busted up. I just ended up repacking the pigments and settling for what I got.

The products are really good, but I had waited for too long. I also have to paid for the customers!!!

the shipping is too expensive

It's hard for me to give a less than stellar review because the actual products are amazing. However, their shipping is complete crap. It took over a week for my items to just be processed and a shipping label to be created... not super impressed with that. The only reason I was able to get my items was because I emailed them and voiced my concern. Not sure I'll be ordering from the website again.
