Haven’t gotten any of my packages

I ordered a custom pallets for my bestie spending tons of time deciding which colors she would love when the palette arrived it was missing a color and no replacement of any sort in its place

I ordered 18th Nov and still don't have my package. Nobody knows where it is, it was a christmas prensent for my sisters and mom and I got nothing to give. The authomatic responses are the worst part of all. They don't do anything to help you, wait until is late and then say "be patient"

Don't buy!!! Terrible company! Products came with broken glass in them . After 5 emails they refused to refund or replace products!!!

I had placed a order back in October. It’s is nearly the end of the year & I have not received my package that I had placed. Very disappointed I have contacted them & no response nor I could cancel the order.

Delivery took a month and when the beat up box finally got here something was missing from it. I contacted customer support who simply refused to ship the item out. Disgusting. Don't order from this scummy website.

Je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande , le suivi est bloquer depuis 2 mois et selon le service client comme il est en dehors des usa ils ne peuvent rien faire , on m’invite seulement à patienter depuis plus d’un mois. Le transporteur de son côté me dit qu’une enquête ne peut être ouverte que par l’expéditeur et m’invite à le contacter. Je déconseille ce site !

I spent $80 on an order for it to never arrive. It said it arrived and I contacted the team after 3 weeks and they said they couldn’t do anything because it had been past 2 weeks.
