We still have not received our order and it has been a month and a half nor have we received any updates.

I understand factories aren’t open during the pandemic, however more communication from Colourpop during this time would be nice. I haven’t received my order I placed two months ago and got one email about it basically saying “whoops we can’t deliver right now”. I feel like a discount off that order or future orders is needed.

I never got my order. However, customer service was nice and made sure I was refunded. But I would have really liked the "lilac you a lot" pallette. Oh well I guess.

I ordered two separate orders in March. I did receive information that shipping would be pushed out to COVID-19. However I'm starting to wonder if I should cancel these orders as I have not received any notification about when products will actually be shipped to their buyers

My recent purchase is unfulfilled due to covid, so I’m going to talk about my order before all this chaos. So I ordered the colour me pretty collection, containing 15 créme gel colours, but since I live in Canada and our weather is hella unpredictable and there was a cold snap, long story short when thawed from frozen the créme gel colours don’t work (at least I’m blaming the weather) and on top of that I’m still waiting on customer support for help! Other than that the rest of my order including the pretty fresh prime/set collection and beauty sponges were great and the baking powders were much bigger than I expected!

I havenr recieved anything due to the corona and it wouldnt give me the option to get my miney back so this is why im giving a 2 star review

I didn't get my order from March and the website did don't indicate it would be delayed. When I inquired I got a generic email response that did not indicate when I can expect to receive. I needed it for a Birthday gift. I understand we are in a different place in the world today but it would have been nice to know about the delay so I could have just ordered something from Amaxon. Have you just been taking orders to keep getting the sales?
