This is the 3rd time I ordered from colourpop and I still haven't received my order. It has been about 40 days since I ordered. When I contacted colourpop customer care, the lady just told me that we shipped it and now it isn't with us. Contact your delivery partner. Well I didn't purchase my items from the delivery partner. I purchased from colourpop. So colourpop should be the one to ensure that I receive the items. If it was a one time thing, I would understand, but this is my 3rd order and it's the same. Such a shame considering I love the quality and genuinely enjoy the product.

42 days passed and i still have not received my order.

More and more letters, no answers. I still without my package. Pi₴₴ off!!!

Colorpop sent a damaged makeup palette to me and refused to replace it with an intact one. Customer support never tried to resolve the situation and didn’t even bother replying once again before closing out the support ticket unresolved.

Never received the item and colourpop are unhelpful

Never received my parcel and have been ignored by customer services.

I’ll NEVER be purchasing from ColourPop again. In the past I got a Super Shock Blush I really liked so I thought I’d check out some of their other products for the holidays. Two of the things I received (brow and mascara) were *completely dried out* upon arrival and customer service was so rude and dismissive about it I couldn’t believe it. They told me I was using them wrong, so I tried their recommendations. Still didn’t work, so I emailed again- and then again- and no one ever replied. Literally threw them both in the trash. On top of that, things I didn’t even complain about- the eyeshadows I received were so loose and difficult to use that applying them just caused a ton of glitter to fall into my eyes and all over my face and countertop. It was incredibly painful and difficult to remove it all from my skin (and bathroom) and literally took days for it to all go away. I also tried some Lippie Stix… great colors but unsurpringly they were so poorly formulated that it felt like putting oil paint on my lips. They never set or dry in any way, even if you only use a small amount it smears across your face the moment you brush against it. All of the packaging also felt like it was about to fall apart/stop closing correctly- even labels were adhered crooked. I’m super confused and disappointed by all of this, I don’t think I’ve ever purchased cosmetics from a brand that felt more like a joke. I hate to be so rude but I’m pretty upset to be throwing money away and then having customer service not care one bit, especially when multiple items arrived DEFECTIVE. I will stick to cheap drugstore brands for the same price that actually work or can at least be returned if totally unusable.

I never receive anything, when I tried to contact costumer service that my purchase was in other country they always copy and paste the same answer. I will never buy you again the only positive thing is that you didn't have the products and I had my money back.
