Liquid eyeliner was completely dried up, shipping took forever, always have a problem with my order in some way

Love their pigments and price points of their shadows, but here are my issues based on my personal experience throughout the years, but specifically from 2019-2020: 1.) No return policy even if *THEY* sent the wrong product (they only offer credits that don't cover shipping fees when *they* sent wrong product in the first place; I had to pay shipping *twice* for their mistake..) 2.) The glitter/shimmer shadows are very fragile and a few have broken in my pallets that were in my purse. 3.) The foundation was extremely greasy and didn't last over an hour on my oily skin (their website described this foundation as suitable for oily skin but it's by far the worst one I've experienced on my oily skin, it looked horrendous after a 1.5 hrs.) They don't offer refunds so I either have to throw this away (I hate thinking of it sitting in a landfill) or attempt to find someone to donate it to that can wear this lightest shade) 4.) I really wish they had a recycling program for empty containers and/or faulty/unwanted products.

Took forever to process/ship the order. Order came and one of the eyeshadow palette colors was completely busted and had gotten everywhere.

The eyeshadows I got are super pretty and pigmented, but don’t waste your money on the eyeliners. The simple black one I got is completely dried out, I can kinda get it to work for one eye but then it’s useless for the other.

I ordered 4 items . They only sent 3 items . The packing slip said my box had all 4 items I ordered but I only received 3 . I was thinking how hard was it for the packer to count to 4! . Plus the order took almost a month to come. They need to be better with packing orders and take less time for delivery.

Products are great as always, but the inventory issue really bothered me. How I ordered a few things, the package didn’t ship for almost 3 weeks, and then I got a message saying they waited too long to ship so one of my items was not going to be in the order. Then when I emailed customer service about it, I never got a response. I’ve been a devoted colourpop fan for 5 years now and I was pretty disappointed with this experience.

I love the shades, but I’m really disappointed with the fallout on the shadows.
