Products & pricing are absolutely amazing. The eyeshadows are just my favourite eyeshadows ever! However the customer service is pretty bad.. I never get my emails responded to.. ever.

I purchased a PR pkg and items were missing they couldn't replace it... my first colourpop order too 😑

The products are decent enough however, most of the stuff is always out of stock. I have had to wait for a long time to even be able to purchase the couple items I like. When they end up restocking something it always goes out of stock again within minutes. It's too much effort for me so I started to buy from other companies now. It's easier that way and less stressful.

The freight company you use (DHL) took 2 weeks to get the package to me and in my opinion that is very very long. I expected faster service and I am not pleased with that. Also I had bought your dew it mist that came almost half empty when it arrived. I am sure you understand my displeasure when I tell you I received a HALF the product that I paid FULL price for. It is very disappointing. Although, I was pleased with the other products I received. Here’s my order number #16849893 if you want to look over it.

Had some trouble with getting a Wrong package but they were Nice about it and sent me The correct one after...BUT 1 problem they have is their Stock. Over half The website is sold Out all The time and restock gets sold Out very fast, so some of The things i orden were now sold Out...And instead of just paying the money back for those items I was given a voucher, which isn’t very helpful when shipping is only free after using quite a lot of money and again I can’t fill in that amount since almost everything is sold out. Regarding the products they are really great I love them and I’m so happy with them and the price point is just right so that people can afford it. The quality almost made me give 4 instead of 3 stars but I just think with half the website sold out all the time I couldn’t give that extra star

Shopping was made easy which was great but I got confirmations emails really late and my packages also came extremely late. When I opened my package the pallets I ordered also looked as if they had already been opened

shipping is a bit slow but the quality of the products worth the price
