I signed up and i never received the discount for joining the email list (checked everywhere inbox, junk and deleted). However, customer service did give me a code for five dollars off but using that made my total more expensive because it didn't allow any sale items to stay the same price. I ordered the stuff and i had waited for a while then i found they stopped shipping. which im totally fine w because i get it but i wish i had found out sooner. No longer excited...when it comes it comes.

I have got zero updates on my order that I put in months ago. I’m receiving updates from other makeup companies but not colourpop. I still have zero idea when my order will ship.

I was not notified that shipping would be delayed before my purchase. It has almost been two months now and I still haven’t received my items.
