I recently ordered 2 eyeshadow pallets and upon arrival both had been damaged in transit. I reached out to Customer Service and they sent out replacements for both at no cost to me .

I was a little skeptical about getting powder eyeshadow through the mail. I thought it would be all broken up and not like the colors on the website, boy was I wrong. Not only were they intact But when I use them they blended so well and felt so creamy they almost didn’t feel like powder. I am a comfort to color pop cosmetics. I love the colors that they offer and as a matter fact, I just ordered another pallet and I Lilac you and mascara. I can’t wait to receive them.

Costumer service was absolutely wonderful, they were very quick with responding to emails, also understanding. I had a good experience with customer service.

The color are so intensed, shinny and makeup stay longer than others. My daughter and I love them.

The cost vs quality is insane! I only wear colourpop eyeshadows anymore. Plus the quads for blush/bronzer/highlight are GOLD! Perfect gym/travel item!

Bought several different eye products (eyeliners, shadows- jellies, powders) as a Christmas gift for my niece. She is in love with all the products. I ordered myself some lippie stix & love them. Creamy, stays put. Will purchase from Colour Pop again
