The packaging was damaged which was very disappointing as it's a limited collectors item, product was just ok a bit sloppily thrown together

Shipping is expensive and took a longer time than expected. I had to go pick up the package from the post office

It’s a nice palette! However I experienced a lot of fall out on my eyes and it got rather messy rather quickly in the pans. Also the colors are a little different looking in person, for example the shade happy place comes out a lot more yellow than it appears (it appears taupe). I can’t really complain about the shades because you can see the colors before you buy them, I guess I was just expecting a little more from this palette. Oh well! If you don’t have a lot of yellows, I think it’s probably a good one to add to your collection.

Love Colourpop but the availability of the most wanted new products needs to be improved. A couple of times I've received an email for a new product launch and a minute after the launch it's out of stock!

The day I received my palette. Some of the colors fell out of the pan. Pigment is decent and colors are nice though.

The experience for purchase for this collection was terrible.

I got my items on time and yes, they were in good condition, but I wouldn’t have had to buy these items if the ones I actually wanted you had in stock. This may be one of the last times buying from you as of recent because there is a refusal from your company to restock all product. All you keep doing is launching new lines. Well your majority customer base doesn’t want new lines, we want restock of the stuff we actually want, and since it’s apparent you do not care to do that, then your loyal customer base is not going to return, and for that we’re gonna buy less from you. Restock your glitter jellies, pencil liner, and supershock shadows, and then well buy more. I know I’m not the only one to complain about this, I’ve read your comment sections on insta and other media. It’s so apparent you truly don’t care. And for that, I’m gonna be choosing other brands over you all from now on, unless you change. Edit: they've begin bringing back old items just in new designs and colours/flavours, which, whilst appreciated to at least get stock of like items, you still havent done much restocking.
