My package is lost and the only answer my email got was an automatic one. I buy from Italy a couple of time a year, I probably will do even less

I have ordered the same thing from Colourpop 4 times now. I was ordering it as a Christmas gift. Every single time it has come in, it was completely shattered. I could not give it as a Christmas gift, as it is January 6 and my replacement still has not come in yet. The last time my cheek quad came in smashed they gave me a store credit to purchase a new one instead of sending another replacement, but the credit wasn’t even enough to buy a new cheek quad so their mistake ended up costing me more money.

My order was missing items, and I emailed for this to be corrected and no update or email was sent this back in the beginning of December

Never sent my missing items to me. Can't take pictures of wrapped Christmas since they want to see pictures of your order.

I am disappointed because when my daughter opened the pallet, one color was broken up. When I went to the website, it said no returns and I couldn’t find a way to contact anyone.

Ordered on the 29th of November and still haven’t received my order as of the 6th of January

I still haven't received my order been a month and a half now bit hard to review the products.

I still have not received my order and have chased up with yourselves and our local postal and everyone tells me to talk to the other postal companies. Very disappointed with the lack of service from everyone. No one wants to look into this further.
