Little too much glitter in some shadows. Seem to be more shimmers than matts.

Although I think the quality of your products is great I notice that maybe manufacturing processes have been affected a little bit. Powders in my Last order came a little bit damage and marked and two of the powders of my In a Trance palette came totally loose.

4 stars the company reshipped a lost in transition order but I had to contact them to make sure they contacted the post office so my replacement wouldn't be lost at a post office AGAIN. The whole process took a month with lots of calls by myself to DHL and USPS and emails to ColourPop. At the end I found out it was ColourPop's job to contact DHL and find out about my package not mines. Instead they reshipped another order which ended up at the same DHL location. So I had to tell them I know it's Their responsibility to track the package because they are the merchant. That's how DHL finally explained it to me after I spoke to their supervisor. ColourPop did their job after that and my order arrived. The eyeshadow is beautiful. What a hassle it was getting it though. I gave this high of rating because it was worth it for the Beautiful Eyeshadow that I ordered for myself and one as a gift. It was my first time ordering from The company.

Part of my order was damaged when I received it, and colourpop was quick to send replacements.

please check the products to make sure nothing is damaged or missing. I had a lippie stix come more than half empty and pallet scratched. didn’t mind the scratch as much as my lip product not usable

The product is wonderful. Shipping takes a while.

One of the super shock shadows came all crumbling and broken. Luckily I was able to fix it. The rest of the stuff was nice.

liked the color when i saw it online but when i received it it wasn't the color i wanted.
