I got the Sailor Moon lip glosses. The color of the daylight is very pretty, but the consistency is weak and it doesn't stay too long, I wore it for a 2 hour meeting and the color was faded half way throught it, I thought it might be the Sailor Moon theme the only attractiveness about it. The Pretty Guardian eye shadow palette is very nice and I really liked it.

I order the Sailor Moon palette, a lipgloss and a purple pigment. I did not receive the pigment. When I emailed Colorpop. I simply got a refund. No explanation. No “we’re sorry”. I was really looking forward to all my purchases. I was disappointed with Colorpop.

It’s really light make up and not every colour is very pigmented

The products are awesome, I love them, however the website lacks on efficiency most of the times where there's a big launch. I lost several items that I wanted while making my payment.

I love colourpop but everytime there is a release of a new collection the website crashes. Everything gets sold out so it's hard to even get anything. I hope they make there website ready to handle more viewers.

The products are great, that's not my issue. The last 2 orders I had with Colourpop took a week or more just to ship out from the warehouse. That's just way too long...

It was the unknown wait time of getting my product and the wait time of watching it in the processing stage. When I did email you guys it was within 24 hours I got a reply back and that what got a 3rd star. If you guys could include in the email how long it will or could take it would be helpful
