Slow shipping. No news no updates

Still haven’t received my order

I understand that they were closed during because of the pandemic and CA guidelines. They sent an email saying they're opening up distribution centers and starting to process orders, But my orders are paid in full, and there's no update on when it will be shipped and I placed my order on March 27th. I just want what I paid for. I love Colourpop products they're amazing and great quality. But this lack of communication on the status of my order is frustrating

Poor shipping timing. I understand the delay with covid19 but other major beauty retailers in California have shipped out my items within a few weeks

I made a purchase 2 months ago and I don’t know When will have my products, I understand that there are delays for covid-19 but I have done other orders in other companies and I have my products of all of theirs. And colourpop hasn’t contacted me about my order

My order was confirmed as of March, and due to COVID-19, my package was delayed, in which I understand that the state would not recommend it. But since your approval to ship orders as of May, my order has been "placed" for weeks now. With this being said, I also understand it's from the challenges the company is facing. But I'm sure you understand that I've waited for months now. But I will not be getting a refund, for I am hoping that these products are worth the wait, hence my 2 stars.
