One of my pallets the eyeshadow was broken I bought fade an the glitter one was broken I was sad because I love glitter

First time using Colorpop, products are great, I loved it! However delivery took more than i have expected (around 1 month).

Good experience with them, wasnt late with the delivery and the goods are undamaged. Only problem is i mailed the support team and it took them 7 business days to respond but i understand they are sometimes busy , its alright . Great company I will definitelly purchase again from them'

I purchased 2 palettes, the Flutter By palette and the That’s Taupe palette, and they’re both beautiful. I love cool-toned looks so I use the Taupe palette quite often and get great looks out of it. No creasing even on my hooded eyes. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the shimmer and glittery formulas do have a fair amount of fall out, so it’s something you should be aware of when applying.

Everything about my order was correct and it came timely I just wish that when you add stuff to your cart and go to pay and get almost done paying that it didn’t then say that your item is sold out when I was just about to be charged for it :(

The items were packaged very well. Nothing broken. Everything is in A-okay state.

I love this palette! Great pigment. My only warning is to be aware that most of the sparkly shadows have a disclaimer that it shouldn’t be used around eyes - so if you have sensitive eyes, be mindful when using those ones.
