Super frustrating checkout experience, I was trying to get stuff from the hocus pocus collection and had things in my cart at 9:55 am and by the time I actually checked out everything was sold out. That was also 5 minutes before you said you were going to be releasing the collection. I love your products so much but man that was a really disappointing experience.

I purchased two eye color pallets. Colors are vibrant and look awesome on however they do not last for long and you have to keep reapplying them

Lovely products, not so lovely customer services. When you miss a product in your arrived order, contact them through paypal instead of messaging them yourself. Will save you lot of troubles.

Love the products, but hate how long it takes my items for arrive. I made a purchase on September 3 and didn't ship until September 24. It arrived by September 29.

Order was missing and item, they replaced it with the wrong item and gave a coupon for the trouble instead. I think they're struggling due to the pandemic and fires. It's a rough situation.

Waited along time for Bengal lip oil to come back in stock and when it did I bought 2. ColourPop confirmed my order and received my payment. Shipping took forever. When I received my package there was only one tube but invoice with it said 2. Emailed customer service and when got response they said they would give me a coupon code for $8 to purchase something else. I responded with that was unacceptable to make me pay for shipping again. Wouldn’t send me a product and pay shipping. So I used my code and paid shipping. Shipping took forever again. Love the colors of glosses and lip oils but don’t like the fact they over sold product and made me jump through so many hoops to get a replacement that they messed up on.
