If there was a way to give 0 stars I would have done that. I tried to put an order for more than 25 times to no avail. Each time, i ended up receiving an email saying that it was cancelled for no reason et with zero explanations. I used differents card and contacted my bank to make sure everything was ok with them but nothing seemed to work. After a few day, I got an email telling me that my order was being taken care of and after checkig my bank account i had been debited of the amount of the order. A few week passed and there was no sign of my order so i decided to contact support. Their answer was that my order had been "voided". No more explanation than that once again

My order did not arrive at the correct location. Instead of arriving at the location I gave, my order arrived at a local post office not even near me, and I was informed by them to pick up the parcel myself. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to go the post office to pick up my package myself? It should've been delivered to my address directly. On top of that, in the tracking page on DHL provided by Colourpop, the status was still "EN ROUTE" and hasn't been updated. I had to figure out myself that the message from the post office was this package, you can't expect customers to just figure this stuff out on their own. Additionally, I made my order on 11/29, and the arrival time promised was 10-25 days. However, 47 days have past when I received that message. Even a few days out of the 25 days range is not okay, but for it to be more than three weeks late is preposterous. Support simply blamed everything on delivery and did not even attempt to help. Disgusting company.

I order 3 candles and they didn’t came in my order I had to put in a claim In order to get my stuff, people really need to learn how to do their job it’s ridiculous I even had to send pictures on my order and the box.

Most of my products arrived with damage and I only got compensation for one of the three damaged items in my order. They've not responded to my second email explaining that I'm dissatisfied.

I placed an order and I did not receive all my products. I emailed to let them know and I am still trying to either get the product or my money back! Very disappointed ☹️

My products haven't arrived yet, but i have received all "the review this" and its sad.

They sent me an unsealed product, i sent them a detailed email with the order number photos of the open products my issue etc and they didnt read my email and started asking questions (the answers were all in my email) they then refused to chang it for me. When i asked for a refund they suggested a store credit for the full price of the item. I accepted until i noticed the credit expures within a few month so i explained i dont order makeup often and probably wont be able to reorder by the time the store credit expires(which i think is weird because its like a refund but that i can use only there so why is there a time limit) and they agreed to give me a refund but they didnt even give me a full refund so i had to open a dispute.

Its been more than a month and I havent received what I bought. The package was taken to a different country and no one helps me with information or with any solution. I want my money back.
