most of the products were delivered in a good condition except one of the eyeshadow palette boxes had a cut on it, kinda looks like it was from a penknife or something

Really good products ! I'm happy with what I ordered ! The packaging is really cute too :)) The shipping is really pricey (I'm from Canada) so that's really the only negative point of ordering there !

I absolutely love the shadow palettes. They are so pigmented and affordable. I did recently have an order shipped that was completely damaged. I reached out and it took a couple days for colourpop to let me know that they were replacing the damaged order, but I understand that with the spike in orders and with COVID the response time is longer. I am so pleased with all my purchases!

I love the prices on colourpop, you can’t beat it! The only thing I would never buy again is the eyeliners one of them doesn’t even work and I tried contacting customer care and never heard back from them. They don’t glide on even and don’t stay on.

The eyeshadow pallets I purchased are lovely and have good pigmentation. However, the powder does produce a lot of fallout, especially the colors containing glitter
