Products were ok (Mulan lipstick & eyeshadow palette). Packaging was spot on which I loved. I found the lipstick shade very wearable but I would have preferred a berry-ish shade option for my darker olive skin tone. Eyeshadow palette was lovely, pretty brown tone shades but the glitter shadows had a lot of fall out and I had glitter all around my eyes when I was done. So next time will do eyes first & spray/wet my brush before dipping into glitter shadows.

My mulan purchase was excellent and got here in a timely manner, however, when placed on the list for the hocus pocus collection and cancelling then not receiving an email about the launch and the items all being sold out in 15min was ridiculous. Even when items were in the cart, once we finally reached the checkout page the items were out of stock after waiting for 10 minutes. Highly agitating.

I didn’t receive an email right away, which was odd. I usually like to receive at least a confirmation email after I order something.

Colourpop is good, but they definitely need to work on delivery. It took them almost a week just to ship my order and then almost another week just for it to be delivered to the point where I didn’t even care if it came.

The pallete I got showed a different range of shades online, but when I purchased it, all the shades look super similar. The matte formulas are hard to blend. The reason this got three starts is because of the shimmer shades. They are amazing and easily blendable.

You guys need a need a new format for big releases. Most major brands close their sites before aa launch to add extra servers.

I ordered three pallets, they were all wrapped the same but when I opened one of the 3 had two of the eyeshadow colors had been smashed and we’re all over. I didn’t try to return it because I didn’t wanna deal with the hassle. I Think there was something defective about that specific pallet. The other pallets are great and I love the color pay off.
