Sorry but I have not received products yet so how can I review

No update on my orders still... Like when will you start sending it? I ordered from many websites and they already arrived. If it's just not for my daughter, I will cancel it.

I love COLOURPOP, I’m not in a rush for the products I have purchased but I’m being asked for a review when my package hasn’t been delivered yet. Just upset at the fact I can’t review without my package.

Still have yet to receive my order that was placed over a month ago. I understand that things are shut down due to COVID19 but to only receive one email is not satisfying.

I have not received any information about my order...??

I never received my product

I am still waiting on my order to even be shipped. I ordered back in April. I am aware that eveything was going to take a while due to COVID-19, but I recently got an update about 1 and a half weeks ago saying they were able to start shipments and I still have yet to hear anything about my order. It doesn't even say that my order id been processed. This is my very first Colourpop purchase and I had to order from the website for 2 specific pallets that I wanted since they were not carried by Ulta. Hopefully I get an update soon and my order arrives soon. I want my first experience with Colourpop to be a great one.
