Because I order something and it took forever to get it

Shipping was way too long but great products.

We didn’t get what we ordered...

I'm not satisfied with my last purchase. Colors don't match descriptions. Plus most of the items I wanted were out of stock.

Takes too much time to arrive to me, but everything was okay, I was afraid of the palettes arrived crash, or something

Order was shiped after 3 weeks, not cool.

Eyeshadows are amazing but I did recieve a pallet that had loose shadows and it was everywhere. Postage takes way to long. It was over 2 weeks before it was even posted.

The Bff eyeliner is amazing, I already want to buy a second. The lip products are great but the lip oils literally have no pigment, which is great if you want that but I was under the impression that different lip oils would actually... look different. I was really excited for the eyeshadow since I loved the shades but they have barely any pigment and just aren’t great quality. I love the glitter so much (note: it’s just in a little eyeshadow pan, it’s not any bigger than that. My biggest issue was that the website only does American prices (which it doesn’t tell you, so I was under the impression everything was a lot cheaper) and GST isn’t included in the price. Be careful about the prices but most products besides eyeshadows are great
