Ordered for my mom's birthday in mid-April, but still hasn't arrived. It's almost June.

I am understanding of the current climate, i work in retail. But there has been no update or communication about the order I placed over a month ago. No update or estimate on when my order will ship.

i placed an order almost 2 months ago and have no product as of today. i have not received any notification on when it's to be shipped but just that ya'll are looking out for me and hope to ship soon. i would either like my order sent out for delivery or a refund. i would prefer my product though. please send me something to update me asap. i know we are in a difficult time and shipping from california is been on hold most the the past couple months but i have already received shipments from other companies there and have no issues. thank you and look forward to hearing back from you

I dont know where my product is. I havent heard anything about shipping. I ordered it like two months ago
