Product arrived broken up

Delivery really long and problematic

Not a good experience, I don’t know why cannot resend the missing item, just provide the same value purchase code. I think a better solution way is give customer to choose refund or resend.

One item was defective - it only cost $2, so I just threw it away without requesting a refund. Order arrived complete and undamaged, but the high number of orders to Colourpop seems to have slowed its delivery to me.

Everything came in one package. Some of the products came in crumpled inside the envelope. Somewhat slow shipping. Envelope looked like it had been opened and taped shut afterwards, which was kind of alarming. Products seem new enough, though.

Two pallets were broken

Cute concept. Ideally there would be a space to store or rest the honey dip stick.
