My package is stuck in customs and Colourpop hasnt replied to me for more than a week

Colourpop really stinks because first of all they have the worst customer service. I ordered 3 make up palettes and didn’t receive one of them and also received the complete wrong one. They didn’t get back to me till 2 months later and wouldn’t give me a refund or allow any returns or exchanges! Terrible company!

I ordered the first week of December because my items were supposed to be a secret Santa gift. At the end of December after missing secret Santa with no gift I continuously reached out to try and track my package and was left unanswered. Finally after New Years I heard back from someone who basically said there was nothing they could do so I requested a refund and had to now purchase a different gift for my secret Santa. ColourPop’s customer service is horrendous. You can only send an email and pray that you get a response.

Very poor customer service. I let them know about an issue with my order. The items were on sale during that time. I was unable to reach anyone and they REFUSED to honor the sale. Then totally stopped responding. I started buying from this company about 6-7 years ago and now have totally reconsidered even continuing to be a customer. Very dissatisfied.

I was missing items from my package and still have never received a reply about my missing items.

I never received the product and i have reached out several times and reached zero reply

I made a purchase that couldn't be delivered, according to their page I would receive the refund once they had the package back. I have not received the refund and they have not answered any of my emails asking about it.

I haven’t gotten my package and its been 1 month and a half
