I absolutely love their 9 pan palettes! I've probably got 20 of them. Great pigmentation, frequent new releases, great color combos, fun collabs. Their gel eyeliners are amazing, and I love the foundation, concealer, and translucent powder too! The ONLY negative thing is their shipping. They use DHL and it's slow and I've received four broken pans. They replace them (with picture proof, ofc) but it's still frustrating. If they'd change their shipping, it would be literally the perfect makeup shop.

The shipping Time was quite long. But for the long way the package had to travel it was absolutely acceptable. The product itself came in a huge carton with much bubble wrap. But the product I ordered was tiny so it seems way to much package. Also I think instead of bubble wrap maybe use something else than plastic. For example paper that is recycled. And if the carton could be a little smaller, you didn’t need that much of package fillings. The package of the product itself was nice and neat and the copy of the image was well done and overall it seems very good quality because of how it felt. The product itself works really well. I can work exactly like I want with the shades and they are good in texture, placing and lasting. But to get a vibrant Color I need to build the shadow up. Which is good so you can chose from a more softer look to a vibrant look. (also good for beginners because the blending stays easy) But the con with that definitely is that you need way more product and it gets empty quite fast. But I personally like my eyeshadow more buildable than to much pigment. Overall great shadow but the package needs some improvement.

Love the shadow colors, and they are very pigmented. However they seem to be a little crumbly and not just my eyes become the shade I am using. The gel liners are awesome, as well as the lip liners. They glide on with ease.

Amazing colours and I love that they’re all cruelty free, BUT they a bit dusty!

One of my palettes came damaged. I sent Colourpop an email and have yet to get a response. That was last week Wednesday. 2 of the eyeshadows were completely out of their containers and crumbled.

The delivery took very long to Germany : I know it’s due to customs . I would buy so many products but the taxes are very high . I hope you open an online shop in Europe soon . I love your products!

the product in itself is really cute with vivid color ! the missing star is because the package arrived in a bad state and the cute animal crossing box got his corner flattened :'( but it's probably more the fault of the carrier
