Cute package/packaging but the palettes weren't as pigmented as I thought. I like the lip products alot the matte ones are really smooth and lightweight. I bought a lite stix and didn't like it, the glitter was chunky, and not as smooth as i thought it would be. Most products are out of stock for a long time. When my products arrived most of them had scratches and nics. For example, some of my eyeshadows had scratches from nails/fingers, the packaging on the metal and plastic lipstick components had nics, and some of the lipsticks themselves had scratches on them. I know that that can be a little picky but just throwing that out there. Customers service is great with sending out updates about your products. And the price is great! Overall, I think the brand could improve by using more pigment in their palettes or press the eyeshadow lighter. And maybe send out updates on what will be restocked on what day or if they are ordering more products to restock. I think the team could be more careful when package the items so they don't get scratched or have any nics. I bought 2 eyeshadow palettes (in a trance and lil ray of sunshine), 1 super shock shadow (cuteologist), 1 super shock cheek (gummy more)(it smells amazing) 1 blush stix (mic drop), 1 lite stix (star brite), 1 pretty fresh concealer (fair 20 n), 2 so juicy lip glosses, 1 lippie stix (who run this), 3 lux velvet liquid lipsticks (puddin, air kiss, wonderboy), 3 velvet blur lipsticks (slow dance, solo, superbloom).

The shadows were ok (maybe a little tiny) but I did not like that I never could know where was my purchase until the arrival, it was very distress to me not to know the actual location of my set, and that prevent me from adquire more things from you.

I found that the quality of the eye palettes to be inconsistent. Some are amazing, some are good for my little cousin to play with but considering the affordable price if I get 1 amazing palette out of 3 it still is worth it. I like the packaging and the design of the products. I did have issues as I received the wrong product which I had to give away as I’m very fair and it was a medium bb cream. The eye liners are amazing.

Took for about a month from date of purchase to receive my items. Items received but Eyeshadows were all broken. ):

Sometimes, they're speedy, and I get my products in less than a week. I've also had to wait up to three weeks before, instead of them just saying "We're out of stock." They have general decent quality, some better than others, it's standard for their price range. However, they have a lot of eyeshadows that aren't even eye safe. At least they put that little asterisk beside the shades on the back, but I don't think they should be included in an eye palette at all. These products are used by a lot of younger people who just aren't careful consumers. Over all they're just okay.

Lip liners are not worth it. You dont get enough product.

I love your products as always.On the other hand, as a company, your customer service is lacking. It took over 2 weeks to get a shipping confirmation after my order was placed. I reached out on Twitter twice, Instagram, and sent 2 messages through the customer service link on your website. I didn’t receive a single response on any one of my messages. I read other people were being treated the same way. This in itself could hurt your business which I don’t want. Your products are 5 stars as always, but 3 stars for customer service.

It Took too long, and my product was damage.
