Its been a month and a half and my purchase still hasn't even shipped.

You guys havint even sent me an email as to when my items would be shipped -_- I understand we are going through an epidemic but little communication would be the least you could do the only reason why I didn’t cancel my order was because I’ve been wanting these hippies for the longest time or else I’d take my money some where else. Not even an estimated time

it's been 2 months wie I placed my order in your site and it's still not shipping

My order hasn’t even shipped. It’s been nearly 2 months since I’ve ordered.

I have not gotten any up dates on my order

I know there was a pandemic but, i should have been more notified on my shipments or when it could have been shipped i waited about 2 and a half months on 2 eye shadows and glitter when i could have ordered it at ulta and got it within 3 weeks. I wish there was more communication instead of just a copy and paste response

I still haven’t received my packages ordered in early April. I understand how how covid has negatively affected companies and the world, but waiting almost 2 months for a package is ridiculous. Delays now are understandable but numerous major companies have not taken this long.

I haven’t received my package and it’s been over a month!!!!!
