I received two eyeshadow palettes that arrived in unacceptable condition. When I reached out to Colourpop about the condition of these palettes, my concerns were not addressed and written off. Receiving items in a poor condition is one thing, but to not be met with service to remedy the issue was the main issue. Very disappointing experience.

All my life I have been in love with Nightmare Before Christmas and various other Tim Burton movies. I was so excited for the collection but you guys didn't capture the essence. I felt you guys cheated us out of a better experience. Hot pink is nowhere yet it was included in the Jelly and the palette. There was no bright green for Oogie which was really sad. I did enjoy the packaging but that was honestly it. I felt so let down. If you've ever watched the movie, you'll see muted tones. Sally has red and muted pink (at best) if you look at her hair and her clothing. LOCK, SHOCK and BARREL were also represented incorrectly. The hot pink? There's no hot pink! They are purple, teal, red. Again, muted colors. I was so disappointed. I don't know who approved the colors but they broke my heart. I was so let down. I felt cheapened. I felt like they only cared about grabbing money and not about doing the collection justice.

Took a month and a half to get the product.

Ive bought 2 color pop itens twice and both were delivered at the wrong address. End of story: i didnt receive my purchase at all!

Somehow my name or my card was marked as fraudulent. I tried purchasing 3 times with my own cards and different card each time and still couldn’t go through. At the end I had to use my friend’s card and name to do the purchase…probably would stop buying from Colourpop because it’s a hassle.

I tried to place an order 3 times only for it to be immediately cancelled. Customer service blamed it on my payment method, which works everywhere else. Then I got an email notifying me of a shipping delay for my (non-existent) order. THEN I get an email asking me to rate my order and experience. So, here it is. It all sucked.

They completely scammed me out of my money. I ordered in January 2021 (it‘s January 2022 now!) and never received my package. The tracking had an error early on and I contacted them in March after reading that an international order may take longer anyway. They just said I „had to wait“, my package would „definitely still be delivered“ and I should not be worried. I trusted them in their judgement, but nothing came, which I said. Again, just a mail to „wait“. I was now fed up with waiting, so I wrote them again, saying that I just want my money back at this point, as nothing will arrive anymore. You will not believe their response: they cannot do anything for me since I did not mail them at least 2 weeks after the last tracking update. Only problem, I did JUST THAT in March and they promised me everything was fine. This is definitely a scam. I am out of 30€ now which is a lot of money to me, and didn‘t get anything for it. Please do not order from them, there are makeup companies who actually care and will try to make things right. Absolutely shocked by the audacity.
