The gold/brown shimmer eye liner pencil broke

Customer service to help with my product issue was great. They were fast with responding and sent me a replacement. I would give a 5 but my replacement was also a bit damaged.

I love Colourpop products. The only thing that makes me rate 4 stars was the delivery: 2 of the 4 eyeshadows I have purchased arrived broken. The package should be made in a more resistant manner.

I really enjoy their products and the reasonable prices. I also like how they have often a collaboration.

I finally tried out colorpop recently, and I'm glad that I did! I was always afraid to buy because I couldn't try the products out before buying them like you can in a Sephora. But I ended up liking everything I got. The brushes I got work really well, and the super shock shadows are beautiful. I got one of the in bloom palettes, and although it could have a little more depth to it I am happy with it. Overall a great experience!

Good prices and good quality make up. Only thing I have bought from colour pop that sucked was the black paint pot eyeliner. Worst clumping I've ever seen with eye liner. Couldn't believe how useless it was.. but everything else I got has been great 👍

I got my product on time and it was wonderful but I did have issues with tracking because when I went to track it it said the address wasn't valid but overall still good

Overall I loved the products I got. The prices were decent and the color pigment in the makeup is good. My only complaint is when I was shopping a product was listed as $7 (half off) but when I went to buy the product it bounced back up to $14.
