You began prepping and shipping order from may 3rd and I still don’t have a tracking number for the order I placed in March.

Placed my order April 12th & spent almost $100, & its now may 25th.. Have received 1 update on my order that I had to request. All that was told was a generic response that "its processing still"... Sent a request for a refund, waiting to hear back.. Very poor communication & still no clue on when my order would be shipped or refunded. Will not be returning.

I pre-ordered makeup for my birthday. I got the confirmation email and then heard nothing back for months. I actually forgot I had ordered it. Thankfully just the other day I got another email saying it's on it's way. Still, the communication was very poor. I know times are tough during this virus. But communication is key.

i know because of the covid 19 you have only been able to recently start shipping items out again but it seems to me for it to be taking awhile just to have it shipped

It’s been over a month and I have not received anything shipping status update :((((

The customer service has been terrific (prompt responses on my inquiry regarding eta on shipping date) but I ordered my items on April 10th. Today is May 23rd and I still haven't received a shipping notification. I certainly understand things are different in the current coronavirus climate, but I have received other orders (not from Amazon) in a reasonable (albeit understandably delayed) time frame. Come on, Colourpop....

I have yet to receive my order

I have to wait 2 Months for my orden to be processed. I think they shouldn't let people buy on the website if the distribution Center was closed because Covid-19.
