My order was cancelled, I never received any order

Erreur dans l'envoi du produit. Mauvaise qualité et odeur désagréable.

Ordine fatto il 24 novembre, processato il 10 dicembre in Germania. Da quel momento 0 aggiornamenti...ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti di ColourPop per chiarimenti, e mi ha riferito che possiamo solo attendere i 28 giorni lavorativi in cui un pacco può rimanere fermo in dogana in Italia. DHL invece non ha saputo darmi alcuna spiegazione. Aspetterò ancora qualche settimana, poi proverò a chiedere un rimborso all'azienda.

This company is fast fashion makeup, and their policy for correcting errors with orders is one of the most annoying and unpleasant I've had to deal with in a long time.

Mi pedido está en Alemania desde el 23 de diciembre , he consultado y no llega , puse mi reclamo y lo único que me dicen es espera No es posible hice mi pedido el 10 de diciembre y hasta ahora no me llega ni se mueve de la ubicación de rastreó , me molesta mucho que no tengan una respuesta , solo dicen ya salió de Estados Unidos no podemos hacer nada ,consulte con su centro de envío , en mi caso SERPOST ya que soy de Perú

I am done ordering from Colourpop. The last few orders have been either wrong or missing items. When you contact customer service it takes forever for them to get back to you and oftentimes they want you to send pictures of the items that you got instead of fixing the issue.
