Colourpop make up is great quality, highly pigmented and uses a lot less packaging than other make up pallets; however, there’s a few faults with the whole process. Firstly, I am allergic to a lot of things and after ordering I realized Colourpop has no return/refund services which seems unfair considering how costly the make up is with shipping. Secondly, ColourPop’s choice to use DHL meant that my package was missing for about a week as their tracking barely updates and then they hand the package off to TFORCE, which also had an awful tracking site that updated too early, then didn’t update again until a day after the make up was delivered. I really like what I got, but because of the lack of customer service, all of my concerns were bundled into an “email” that was never responded to. Edit: I forgot to include it took more than a week for my items to be shipped because I unknowingly picked them out a few days before a new drop which delayed my items even longer.

Colourpop itself is amazing. I love the product and packaging. The only thing I didnt like was I waited about a month before my item shipped. After it shipped it took about a week to get to me. I almost canceled my order because it was taking so long..... Other then that I love there stuff.

Great products but the shipping is horrible! Be ready to wait a while for your products!

Colourpop makes a lot new products but does not restock staples. There are products I would like to get but they are always out of stock. However, you constantly are coming out of new products. Try gauging you customers on what they want to see and not bring out random collections. Also the website is annoying to use often times there are no swatches on models and I have to go to a third party to find out how something will look on me.

I ordered a few weeks ago as a birthday gift to myself. The foundation ended up being totally the wrong shade, I find their models to be a bad indicator, the swatches was better. I ordered three brushes, all which are nice but nothing special, and they had a strong plastic scent. and I ordered their rose hip oil, which needs a better applicator that dispenses more than 2 drops at a time. The shipping was bad. Took over a week to ship out, after 10 days of traveling DHL said they delivered my package and it was no where to be seen, I received a automated email from colourpop after I carefully explained the situation, which I found offensive. After 5 days I finally got a notification from the local post office that DHL had delivered my package there, along with a HUGE customs fee. Overall I paid $70 for 5 items which are all pretty meh.

The product itself is excellent, however it took a really long time to receive the order and two of the colors that we ordered were, I guess out of stock. The money was refunded but we ended up with a palette that was not full.

too many back-to-back launches with most products on the website often sold out. it's better if the launches were launched with multiple items at once than having a new launch every now and then

The product I really liked because I use to buy it from Ulta I wished there were more free shipping and stocked items in the actual website itself. However, my package came damaged and customer service still didn't reach out after I try to reach them. Waste of 14 bucks without trying the product.
