I ordered in the beginning of April and have yet to get it. I have only received a few emails updating me. My order still hasn’t been filled or shipped. I’m about ready to cancel my order which is sad because this is my first time ordering from colourpop and I’ve heard great things. I’ve just not received great service.

I purchased the It’s All Good palette back in April for a birthday gift. As a result of the virus, the Colourpop factory was shut down until further notice. I kept my hopes up that the shutdown wouldn’t last as long as it did, and that I would get my palette in time for the birthday. Once Colourpop announced they were open again and working on shipping out back orders, I was happy and felt I was going to get the palette in time. However, I soon realized that was not going to be the case based off the comments on their Instagram page from customers who were still waiting for orders placed in March to be shipped. Colourpop had sent countless emails reminding customers that had placed orders but not yet received a shipment number/email that they could cancel their order for a full refund. I had not received a shipping email or tracking number, so I decided to cancel my order and buy something else for the bday present. When purchasing the new present, I factored the refund I would be receiving from Colourpop into the price range for the new gift. Thus, I was caught off guard when I received a shipment confirmation email four days after I had requested to cancel my order. I promptly contacted Colourpop to inform them there must of been a mistake because I had already requested the order to be canceled/refunded and to inquire how to return the palette and get my refund. However, I was informed that because it had shipped, I was basically sol and could not receive a refund; even though, I had requested to have my order canceled/refunded days before they sent the shipping information. I think Colourpop is a shady business to promise their customers one thing and do the complete opposite. I would definitely practice a little caution before purchasing from this company.

The reason why I rated 2 stars was because one it took forever to ship. Yes I was aware of that until I made my order. It was not displayed on the website. Since I had already went through the struggle to look for everything I did not cancel my order. It took almost 2 months. My order got shipped 1 week ago and when I check the track status, it’s saying the number given is incorrect. Wouldn’t this make you upset ?
