The products themselves were just ok. The eyeshadows had a lot of fall off, and were thick. The lipliner came broken and was hard to sharpen. The packaging was cute.

The package arrived quite quick (to Europe), however, I was missing a piece from my palette and I felt like I cannot send it back for return (there was no paper about that in the package).

Love the products, but customer service is lacking. I can tell you guys have canned responses. I used to work in an e-communications department in hospitality. Your agents would benefit from actually reading and responding to what a customer says in their email rather than using an automatic canned response.

The colors did not stay put evenly on my lips. Looked patchy. I gave 3 stars because the colors are beautiful!

Its really hard to tell if the color of the item is accurate, so when you get the item and its not accurate not being able to return the item is upsetting.

I really like my purchase, but i can't understand why i had to pay extra for the customs nowadays.. it was a lot of money i spend and it also took a long time to arrive.. because of that. Other sellers know how to ship properly.

Trap, beeper, and tulle are always out of stock, so i tried some new colors and some from the lux collection and I think I purchased 7 all together and they all look the same and the color shown online was different from the outcome, I'm just going to stick with the 3 colors mentioned if they ever restock

The eyeliner is great but the eyeshadows leave a lot to be desired. The mattes are very chalky and there isn’t much color payoff at all. To avoid people arguing it is the actual colors they should really consider doing swatches for reference before buying.
