Way too long to deliver
I understand Covid-19 caused delays in shipments but it took over a month for delivery. There was no communication unless I inquired about my order.

It took so long for my order to come…
It took so long for my order to come through. I had to message the customer service twice and the second time I contacted them, they immediately sent my package. But I did not receive my full order. I didnt recieve my lashes and I was really looking forward to them. I love colorpop and its price and quality. I'm just so disappointed that on this previous transaction.....

It took 1 month and 2 weeks to receive my package and I’m located in California which is crazy I didn’t even receive an email apologizing about my order be so late

I understand but due to the virus it took a long time to ship No problem. however I did not receive my full order and I have not yet received a reply to my email. I have two more orders arriving and I am assuming that I'm not going to receive my full orders. I have had a horrific time with ColourPop. Once I receive all my items I will never ever use your services again.

1 star - for cute and detailed packaging 1 star - for fast shipping time, once it was shipped I received it within a week Knocked 3 stars off because 2 of the 5 items received was opened and looked used. The princess palette was opened and didn't have the clear covering over the shadows. A few of the colors had marks and scratches on them. One of the lippies packaging also came opened and looked used. The rest of the 3 products seemed fine but I will reconsider buying from colourpop again.

Why sell what you don't have.
With all the products you have on your website, only a small fraction of them are ever in stock!?? Why list them on the website, or more importantly, why EMAIL ADVERTISEMENTS for products you don't even have IN STOCK?? It's rude to the customers that have been waiting forever to purchase the products. It's even more rude to the people who have already purchased the product but have been waiting Months for the product to finally ship.
