Color pop as a brand is great. Only reason I gave three stars is my shipping/processing and tracking was awful and really long.

Colourpop products are a great value and most perform extremely well, love the collabs. But... I think the focus on cranking out and releasing as many products as quickly as you can is hurting your brand. The limited releases, especially Disney- are far too limited. The Hocus Pocus collection LITERALLY broke the internet, and many people who tried for 2 days AND stood in line at ULTA (during covid) were still unable to get a palette, even those who wanted to fork over the $$$ for the entire collection. Then to see Ebay sellers with 100+ palettes for sale at jacked up prices was infuriating. I suggest that Colourpop better anticipates demand, and instead of releasing so many 9pan palettes, greatly increase production on any collabs especially Disney, before releasing. You also need to place purchase limits on those limited releases. Otherwise many customers miss out on your products and will get turned off by the Colourpop brand altogether. I know that I, along with several of my fam & friends have cursed Colourpop when they were on your website EARLY, hitting refresh forever, only to be left angry and disappointed unable to purchase.

Ordering was a nightmare but the product is cute. Color flakes a LOT when using a brush, it works better if I'm using my fingers. Good saturation for most of the colors, a few of them are a little rough though.

I ordered the Hocus Pocus collection and when I received my order, I was missing items. I reached out to the company and never recieved a response. Poor customer service. I will not be purchasing directly from Colourpop in the future.

On the day of the collection launch, the site crashed. It was not a smooth experience and by the looks of it, it seems this is a common issue.

Makeup is amazing! Love all of the eyeshadow palettes I have purchased. Shipping from Colourpop directly is slow, sometimes it seems more reasonable to order products from Ulta, you will receive the items 3x faster. Major launches (Hocus Pocus) have been very disorganized – website breaking, some products being released early on the site – making customers wait hours, just to push the launch to the next day.

I ordered the Mary collection from the Hocus Pocus launch and my purple eyeliner came damaged. It looked like it was smashed from putting the lid on wrong during packing in warehouse or something. I did reach out to Colourpop for a new eyeliner and I even sent pictures of my damaged product and which eyeliner I purchased. They said they’d send a new one out to me as soon as they could and they did but it wasn’t the right eyeliner from the Mary collection (purple), it was from the Winifred collection (green) so I was upset about that. I didn’t reach out to them a second time because I didn’t wanna be disappointed again. I hope they have better care handling with their products in the future. Great brand but haven’t had the best of luck with most of my purchases.
