I have made my order last week of march, it still isn’t shipped yet and we are the 2nd week of june. I am a very patient person, but i feel that my patience is being abused. I will keep waiting, cause i love the product, but am not very pleased with the service.

I ordered 3 palettes, 1 brush, and a pair of eyelashes. Once my package arrived I notice the brush was not in the box. I emailed colourpop and they got back to me within 3 days. Their response is why I’m reviewing poor. They said they could give me a coupon code the same value as the brush, but with this code I would still have to purchase the shipping. My problem is why they weren’t able to just send me the brush. The shipping cost actually ended up more expensive than the brush so I refused to pay. Honestly very upset about this I believe they should’ve been able to send me the brush without having to do that repurchase with a code.

Missing part of my order

I am missing over half my order but I was charged for all the missing items! After waiting months for my order I’m very disappointed!

had to purchase product online. was not able to test foundation in person due to stores being closed to covid, i went based on the description of what the foundation said it was good for a specific type of skin color- when i received the product it was too dark. i can not return or exchange it. im stuck with something i can not use. I was looking forward to this being my favorite 'no filter' foundation but i'll have to give it to someone else.

too much glitter in eyeshadow palette

I'll start by saying I love colourpop products for the price. Would compare to morphe. The customer service and the shipping speed however is another story. I placed order in march, I ordered the build your own large magnetic palette. I didnt recieve the order until june 4th. (Almost 4 months later) With covid-19 I was trying to be considerate. However I has ordered from other companies like (jstar, morphe, camera ready, even ordered from beauty bay in uk after placing colourpop order an I got those orders way faster.. tell myself all companies are handling things differently.. well june 4th I get package an it comes with all the eyeshadows single packaged (u place them in yourself) I get them all out in my palette and see I'm missing a shade. So I emailed them letting them know in Hope's they'd ship the one missing so I could have a complete palette. Within a hour I get PayPal notification telling me I have refund from colourpop, they had refunded me $1.99 they didnt even respond to my email to let me know, instead I was told by PayPal. I'm alittle annoyed bc now like I said I have a incomplete palette, yes I could order 1 shade from them but I'd have to pay shipping fees an taxes, plus wait lord knows how long again to receive it. . I emailed them again letting them know I really just wanted the eyeshadow to complete my Palette but yet to get a response. Point is when business leaves out products u paid for they should own the mistake an send it to you, not avoid you an send a partial refund. Least give customer the option, an at least email back letting them know what your going to do to fix it. I'll never order from them again. First an last time for me.

Hice una compra en abril de varios productos, 5 productos, 3 lipstick, una paleta de sombras y un blush. Entendiendo que la compra iba a demorar por la situación del covid19. No a sido problema. Sin embargo uds no enviaban un update del status de los mismos. Entiendo también que son miles de compras. Finalmente me envían el tracking de que mi pedido estaba en camino y luegoooo que me envían eso me envían un correo diciendo que uno de los productos que compre se había eliminado de mi compra porque no había. Y el producto al día de hoy se encuentra en stock. Y me hicieron la devolución del dinero. Que esta ok. Ahora mi caja de productos está perdida porque la empresa no encuentra la dirección y al fijarme pusieron la dirección mal en mi paquete.
