The worst customer service I have every experienced, I was shocked by it. Would email them and get a copy and paste of a reply that is in there FAQ, I would responded advising that they did not answer any question and get the same email copy and pasted again. I ordered a parcel to Ireland on the 24th of Nov fully tracked through DHL. DHL would not provide me with further info as colourpop are there customer not me, colourpop would not request the updated tracking that an post would have provided DHL. After many phone calls to DHL they provide me the updated tracking for an post once I provided proof of colourpops copy and paste emails. Checked the tracking with an post who then advised me that the customs was not done correctly on my parcel.

Customer service was terrible. An item was missed on my order, and instead of shipping the missing item, they gave me a coupon. However, the coupon didn't cover shipping so it ended up costing me more money out of pocket. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I was very disappointed by the customer service I received. I received a damaged item (it was for a gift) and the replacement was not going to come in time and Colourpop refused to refund my purchase or give me shopping credit. They ignored my request not to send a replacement and sent one anyway and made no further effort to correct the issue. The quality of the other items I ordered was not good for what I paid for it. I continue not to be impressed by Colourpop's eye products and doubt that I will purchase from them in the future, given my experience with the company.

Never received my package during Christmas

The shipment was very delay, it took more than 3 weeks to send the “notice” that I need to do a custom clearance and pick up the package at the airport by myself. I used to purchase from other platform, DHL always processing the custom clearance and deliver at door step. Don’t get me wrong, I am totally fine with the tax.

Anyone who begs for a review gets 1 star.

Commande #20448221 passée le 8 décembre et jamais reçue. J’ai envoyé deux mails à ColourPop pour savoir où est précisément mon colis ; dans les deux réponses, on ne répond pas à ma question, mais on me demande à chaque fois d’attendre encore, alors que le délai de 21 jours ouvrés est clairement dépassé. Je veux bien comprendre qu’entre le covid et les fêtes de fin d’année, ce soit plus long, mais le suivi de mon colis ne s’est pas actualisé depuis le 25 décembre… J’ai donc ouvert un litige PayPal pour être remboursée. Je suis très déçue par cette première expérience et ne repasserai pas commande.
