Pretty good! Had some issues with defective products but they were quick to resolve. Products themselves are good quality, shipping arrived at a reasonable time.

Good array of colors. The glitter ones were harder to put on. And one irritated my eye. But may have been a coincidence. Good stuff otherwise.

Hello, Your servise was great. The only downside is that I am from the middle od Europe, therefore the cost rapidly increases due to customs, but that is not Colourpop’s fault. It would be amazing if you could get a retailer in europe. One of the palettes however, came broken, which is very sad.

The package arrived as told and everything was bubbled up nicely but I did have some items break which is usually for shipping makeup so it was expected and I wasn’t too upset. My only concern is to make sure if there are people that have higher expectations to make sure it doesn’t happen and to make sure that the carriers are more gentle but that could be out of your hands since there’s different departments shipping the product. I would also like if the palettes and lip crayons from the acnh set was more pigmented.

Latest order was prepared and shipped out much faster! Last two orders took almost two weeks. I’ve fallen in love with ColourPop products for sure! And my only real complaint is that they don’t restock out of stock products more frequently. The new collections are awesome but please don’t forget to keep up your stock of your other products.

Ordered a variety of glosses, they were ok for the cost. Not as "glossy " or shiny/creamy as I expected but the consistency is good. Colors are good as well.
