I usually really do like colourpops service , delivery time and value but I made an order yesterday and it was cancelled 4 hours later and I’m not sure why , my refund won’t come for 7-10 business days and I can’t afford to order again so now I’ve missed out on the sale .

My first time ever ordering colourpop and I received the wrong order. They did get back to me and sent me a new one with in few days. The thing is I got my stuff after the event I needed it for and one of my super shock shadows were broken and seemed to be old and dry out. I didnt even bother trying to get a new one... since this is the first time ordering and each order had a problem. I really dont know if I trust the company enough to order again.

Pure nightmare ordering and customer service is horribly unhelpful when asking questions about duties and taxes queries. Other than that the product I received was really good so 3* for that, may order from again but only at sales to save the hassle!
