My package was returned to sender after one day of “attempted delivery” from a third party delivery company who claimed they needed more address information and neglected to inform me. I reached out to Colourpop a few weeks ago as I was instructed to from the company and have not heard anything back, preparing to reach out again and hopefully get some answers. I was really excited for my products so I hope to sort this out.

No product in stocks for item wanted which saddens me

I bought two palettes but they haven't arrive. Its been more than 21 days without weekends and holidays and the only answer from ColourPop is to wait even when my package appears to be lost in Germany.

I didn’t get my package.The delivery company can’t tell why thy package still in LA,They told me need to contact the colorpop to check the problem.Fine , I try to find colorpop’s services employees,but they ignore my question,just let me choice keep waiting or get money back.Ohhhhhh

Never received the parcel, by the time the problem got solved the item was sold out and was unable to repurchase it. The only way to get to costumer service was via the social media as all my emails were ignored.

I had to pay more in Zoll than I did on the products . Never again

I placed my order December 14th and I still don’t have it

I have not receive my package.
