Shipping took forever.

I like colour pop but my last order was a disappointment. I had ordered the new lux lipgloss (both colours)from the Kristy beauty collection and when I received my package I had received 2 of the same colour. My invoiced stated that I did order 2 different colour. So now I'm stuck with 2 of the same lipglosses bc someone at cilourpip didn't pay attention while picking my order. The raw beauty Kristy collection sold out so fast and now I cant even get the colour lip gloss I originally paid for.

I loved the colors in the Stone Fox palette, but I think the formula is dusty. Colourpop has beautiful palettes, but I like seeing it on my brush and not so much falling off the pots.

I really wanted to love this pallet but the pigment quality could be a little better. The colors are amazing but just not as strong as I thought they would be.

The products arrived in good conditions but "Correos de Chile" took 40 days to bring them from the airport to my house. Please, change the deliverys company because the waiting time is too much. The palette is very beautiful who's use neutral looks because you don't need more than this. The ultra glossy lip comes with a brush that no applied the lipgloss of uniform manner and rasp a little bit the lips. Personally, I prefer fluffier applicators. Moreover, the colors are a little bit lighter of how you see them on the website.

I ordered a Bare Nessecities palette for a coworker for a secret Santa event. Now before the product had left the facility, I found out she already had it and wanted a different one. Also in the next day or so, the product had already went on a sale I had no idea was coning because literally I'm a guy who doesn't look into this stuff at all and I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to make-up. I had my gf help me pick it out. I emailed support with a few resolutions since my package hadn't even left yet. Two days after I sent out my support ticket I got a notice of shipment followed by a response an hour later with a frowny face emoji saying there's nothing they can do, not change the palette dispite I asked before the product t was shipped nor a price adjustment since the product was on sale the next day or two for like 40% off. I was going to buy some brushes and some palettes for my gf as a Christmas gift because she's been really depressed this year due to some medical issues and shes really been wanting to get into make-up again but I think I'll shop Morphe instead. Not that they have a bad product, their support is slow and unable to react fast enough as I had to wait after my next email asking them about the sale price difference took 5 days to hear back. If there's an emergency, good luck getting it resolved before it's too late for them to help. Otherwise I have no issues.

I love Colourpop and the product. Great product for the price! Having said that the shipping is super slow. Really slow. Takes them days to get to the order and ship it out. Could do better.

The website is user friendly, which I appreciate. However, the fact that items take months to restock, if at all, is very frustrating and disappointing. I recently shopped the black Friday sale and I would've bought more if the palettes that I wanted, which have been out of stock FOREVER, were in stock. Good for me, I guess. I got to keep more of my money.
