Took a month to ship and I spend extra money for fast shipping.

Loved colourpop because of the prices and the makeup was good quality but after my last order, don’t think I’ll be shopping there again. I couldn’t track my order after a whole month and the product I ordered ended up selling out. However, I was refunded my money back.

My package was understandably delayed given the pandemic, but it was delayed by almost a month and I find that quite absurd. On top of that, in both of the pallets I bought there were cracked eye shadows that were beyond repair.

The product is good the only bad thing is that it took more than a month to arrive.

I didn’t receive all that I ordered. Emailed them and no one got back to me

I was very excited when I ordered my colourpop items from the online store on May 1st. However, I received my package on June 6th. I was aware of the holdup due to the coronavirus outbreak, but I was not expecting the delivery to take over a month. Not only this, but the eye shadow pallettes were quite small. Not worth waiting that much time.
