I didn't get my items.

My order didn't even ship and I had to get it refunded and it was suppose to be a Christmas gift. The product waited almost 2 weeks to be shipped out but never did.

they always cancel my order and never give me satisfaction, I've tried with different cards but I never can and no one helps me so I will never buy from the brand and I will speak badly about it to everyone

I am not a huge fan of the get em tiger collection but I am enjoying the smoke and roses brush roll!

They messed up an item in my order, and refused to resend the correct one but offered a coupon as compensation. When I asked for a refund instead, they made a big deal about doing so as a "one-time courtesy refund" as if *I* had done something wrong. So buyer beware, they will only begrudgingly fix mistakes that THEY make and try to make you feel like you owe them for providing the most basic of customer service. Good products, garbage policies.

Products are terrible quality and customer service does not work with you to resolve issues.

I ordered a few items back in December and by mid January I never received my package. When I tried to contact customer service they told me there was nothing they could do to help, and so I never received my items or my money back.

I liked the vibrancy of the gel liners and the amount you get for the price, but the first shipment almost half of the gels were dried out and all of the pots were open. Turning the pots upside down they fell out! I wish I could’ve gotten the refund, but the site said “due to our low cost nature we can not give refunds” which is absolutely ridiculous! After sending my photos, they could only give me another package for free. Exact same issue, the pots were dried out once more and all of them were open. I would have rather gotten a refund instead of a new shipment that was as faulty as the first.
