Shipping takes some time due to Covid 19. Packaging is nice and lovely. However the lip crayon easy to break if you accidentally put pressure to apply on your lips.

Great products, great colors. I like the variety of products that Colourop can offer to the clients.

Delivery was too long

Absolutely love the eyeshadow palette, was definitely not too happy with the eyeliner set. They seemed to be old, every time I try to use one it breaks off.

The order arrived almost a week after the predicted date, but they did warned me that the delivery could be delayed due to the release of a new line of products. In any case, my order arrived with everything I wanted in extremely good condition which is remarkable given that the products came from the USA to the EU. The products themselves are amazing, will buy them again for sure.

Love the colors of this large pallet! The only reason that I gave it four instead of five stars is because I noticed a lot of fall out with the dark shades. Do your eyes first is the lesson I learned!

Super fast shipping, and came with good packaging! However the lipstick I ordered didn’t fit into the tube and the top was smashed 🥺 but that is my only complaint! I love ColourPop☺️❤️
