I didn’t receive my package

haven’t received my package i ordered over a month ago

I still havent receive my package, truly frustrating. & customer service havent been helpful at all. No updates.

Some of the items I purchased came damaged. I reached out and the customer service was okay. I was disappointed. I would never buy again.

I ordered on the 22nd of December. I still haven't recieved my parcel, it's now the 29th of January. The last tracking message said it is in Germany. I am in New Zealand. I have contacted customer service and they said it was taking longer at the moment.

I had missing items I order bk in de tans no one has sent me or contacted me in regards to my missing items

Overpriced and came late... also to top it off, I ordered golden state warriors makeup kit and got Dallas mavericks instead. I was so mad I didn't even bother returning it. What a waste of my time and it ruined a Christmas gift for my sister.

I unfortunately never received my colourpop package or it’s replacement. They have a no refund policy and only offer one replacement. The packages I’ve received in the past have super obvious packaging, so they’re probably more likely to be a target for theft.
